Office Engineer II

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer II to support the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project at LAX. This role works closely with the Senior Project Manager and project team to help manage documentation, coordination, and day-to-day construction support activities.

The Terminal 5 program includes the full demolition and reconstruction of the headhouse and concourse, along with enabling projects to transition operations smoothly. This is a great opportunity to be part of a major airport capital improvement project.

Salary Range: $120K-130K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
• Track and maintain RFI and submittal logs in PM systems
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, inspectors, and project managers
• Support construction meetings, agendas, and action item tracking
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project files
• Assist with cost, schedule, and progress tracking
• Support field teams to keep documentation aligned with site activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction or engineering projects
• Experience working on large, complex project teams
• Familiarity with design and construction project lifecycles
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Airport project experience
• Professional certifications (PE, PMP, LEED, etc.)
• Experience with PMWeb, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
