Office Leader – Build and Lead with Brown Haven Homes

Location: Oconee Design Studio, Greensboro, GA | Type: Full-Time

This is not an administrative role—it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces accountability, and wants to make an impact.

As the Office Leader, you’ll be both the engine and the glue of the office—keeping clients, trade partners, team members, and the Home Office connected and in sync. You’ll oversee local office operations, ensure accuracy and efficiency in financials and reporting, and create a world-class client and team experience.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Drive local office results by achieving starts, closings, and financial goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure no accounts receivable over 30 days.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete closing packages within 5 days of project completion.

  
  


• 
  

  Guarantee 100% accurate pre-construction folders using the Precon Checklist.

  
  


• 
  

  Invoice customers at construction milestones.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate accounting and local office reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Onboard and support trade partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the office is fully staffed during business hours.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage purchase orders, permitting, and appraisals.
