Gas Fireplace / Outdoor Living installation and servicing company operating in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC is looking to fill an Office Manager position in the Chantilly, Va showroom location.
Prior experience in a service industry is required (Minimum 3 years).
Task Description:
- handling invoices and accounts receivable
- handling accounts payable
- scanning and/or copying administrative paperwork
- light accounting related tasks
- ordering supplies
- experience with Sales considered a plus
Requirements:
- excellent communication skills written and verbal in English - knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus
- experience with computers for word processing, spreadsheets, emailing, etc.
- at least 3 years experience in a service industry (plumbing, heating, lawn maintenance, etc.)
- basic accounting skills for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- experience with QuickBooks considered a plus
