At Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine, we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager who is committed to patient care and community involvement. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Dublin practice, and the ideal candidate must learn and excel in the following key areas:




  • Care Coordinator: Master the responsibilities of welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring they receive the care they need.


  • Patient Tracking Systems: Gain proficiency in managing patient flow and tracking attendance to optimize our practice’s efficiency.


  • Electronic Medical Records: Learn to navigate and manage electronic medical records to maintain accurate patient information.


  • Billing for Insurance and State Contracts: Understand and implement proper billing procedures, ensuring compliance with insurance and state regulations.


  • Training Front Office Staff: Lead and train front office staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.


  • Oversee Front Office Marketing Activities: Manage marketing initiatives to enhance patient engagement and community outreach.


  • Human Resources for Front Desk: Handle human resources responsibilities related to front office operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.

Preferred Experience:



  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, Zoom, and Google Calendar

  • Experience with utilization of AI such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI-integrated software and apps


Position Details:


This is a full-time salaried position. At Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine, we believe in giving back to our community, and participation in charitable activities is expected. Coverage for one Thursday evening or Saturday morning per quarter is required to handle workshops.
