The role
As we expand our presence in South Korea, we are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to support the establishment and growth of Medison Korea. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company that is making a significant impact.
You will serve as the operational and administrative cornerstone for our cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless operations while collaborating with regional and global colleagues to achieve meaningful global outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and team events.
Provide comprehensive support to the Country Manager.
Oversee the management and overall operations of the branch office.
Assist with HR, Compliance, Finance, and other headquarters-related tasks as needed.
Create, format, and manage reports, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoicing, and budgets using NetSuite (regional superuser).
Support the planning and execution of marketing, medical, and cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Liaise with external vendors, designers, printers, and advertising agencies.
Track campaign performance and consolidate analytics reports.
Handle KOL and speaker contracts, promotional materials, and stock management
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships
What You’ll Bring
A degree-qualified background with over 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean.
A strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations.
Experiences in HR, Compliance, and Finance is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
The ability to work independently while staying connected to a high-performing team.
A calm and flexible approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
