Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the business office
• Assist with title work
• Assist with insurance claims
• Help maintain & enforce compliance
• Run daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Daily bank deposits
• Cash handling
• Order & stock office supplies
• Vendor management
• Verify, review & submit loan paperwork
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Office Manager Requirements:

• Office Manager or related administrative experience
• Some accounting experience is a plus, but not required
• Good computer & organizational skills
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience is preferred
• Driver license required

Office Manager Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8-5
• No nights or weekends
