One of the fastest-growing Hospice and Home Health agencies in the Midwest is hiring an experienced Business Office Manager in Glen Carbon.
You'll be the backbone of daily office operations, handling key administrative functions so the clinical team can focus on patient care. From managing patient records and billing support to vendor communications and team coordination—you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly at all times.
Respond to patient and vendor inquiries, resolving concerns or escalating as needed.
Improve and streamline office procedures; create clear documentation to support workflows.
Oversee supply ordering, vendor relationships, and basic office facility needs.
Manage incoming/outgoing communications including mail, fax, and packages.
Maintain accurate employee and administrative records in compliance with policies.
Support billing, verification, payroll, and accounts payable processes.
Assist with preparation of clinical and administrative reports.
Collaborate on marketing and special office initiatives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Minimum 3 years of professional office experience; healthcare preferred.
CPR certification required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance is preferred.
Annual Salary: $60,000 – $67,000, depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift).
