Job Description - Office Manager

Job Details:

  • Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 annually + bonus structure
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:00am- 5:00pm
  • Location: 8800 Stockdale Hwy, #150, Bakersfield, Ca, 93311

What You'll Do:

  • Be the on-site leader, upholding company standards and cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Provide sales coaching and training to your team, ensuring every consultation has the tools and mindset to convert leads into life-changing treatments.
  • Back up the consultation process when needed- jumping in to support the flow of the day, patients, and conversions.
  • Use KPI metrics to drive daily performance, coach team members, and maintain a pulse on operations.
  • Oversee all aspects of the front and back office, ensuring patients receive a seamless, high-touch experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with doctors and corporate partners to ensure clinical and business success.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in office or practice management, ideally in dental, healthcare, or a similar high-touch environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach for performance, and drive a team to meet sales goals
  • Strong understanding of patient-centric service and sales-driven operations
  • Confidence in data, systems, and process management
  • A proactive mindset, warm communication style, and willingness to step in to support consultations when needed
