Office Manager


Location: Parker, CO
Compensation: $50,000/year + quarterly performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, traditional business hours (some remote flexibility)

We’re a fast-paced local office of an international franchise, and we’re looking for an Office Manager who thrives on keeping people, projects, and schedules moving.

Key Responsibilities




  • Schedule work and coordinate daily with the Craftsmen team




  • Keep Craftsmen schedules up to date and fully booked




  • Order and confirm materials for jobs




  • Check on job progress throughout the day to keep projects on track




  • Conduct quality control follow-ups after work is completed




  • Follow up on estimates and ensure customer communication is timely




  • Collect deposits and confirm billing accuracy




  • Handle potential conflicts professionally and resolve them quickly



  • Ensure smooth communication between the office, customers, and field team

  • Multiple years of experience in customer service, office management, or scheduling role preferred



  • Knowledge of home repair or light remodeling is a plus
