We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow, and continual improvement in support of our growth initiatives. With a mission to transform patient experience and significantly scale its regional footprint, the Office Managers is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a background in office management, and human resources. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and team coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to clinic staff for high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
Operational Enhancements: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze clinic data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
Efficient Resource Management: Manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet patient demand effectively.
Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and expense control for clinic operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical or office experience
Supervising experience with team management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development initiatives
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Location: This position is based full time in McAllen, TX (8am-5pm daily), with occasional travel to our other offices in Texas.
