Lakeland Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Office Manager

Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize will help maintain efficiency, support our staff, and deliver a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

• Must have strong capabilities in: balancing needs of business and staff, organization and prioritization, problem-solving, computer systems (our practice management system), and the ability to both formulate plans and drive results on your own and in conjunction with the leadership team.

Schedule: 4-day work week, with one day off during the week.  No weekends.  

Pay: $18-$28 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly CSR staff trainings


• Lead weekly CSR team meetings


• Collaborate in twice-monthly team lead meetings


• Understand that this position is structured as ~50% on the floor and ~50% management


• Ability to demonstrate full alignment with the hospital’s goals, standards, and leadership direction at all times


• Conduct consistent one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure they feel valued, supported, and heard.


• Maintain a strictly professional and solution-focused attitude


• Ability to provide timely coaching and corrective guidance when performance issues arise
