Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Boise, ID office. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and communication skills, management experience, and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service. Highly organized and proactive, you will be the central hub for our office operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, inventory management, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks and office operations
  • Answer inbound calls and serve as the main point of contact for customers
  • Schedule sales appointments from inbound leads
  • Make outbound calls to schedule measures or service work
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with current customers to collect on finished projects
  • Manage sales of onsite inventory and proactively post ads for available products
  • Payroll processing and related administrative duties
  • Resolve conflicts or issues efficiently and professionally
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support office and company operations

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Prior office management experience required
