We are a locally owned, family-run CertaPro Painters franchise seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to coordinate residential painting projects from sale through completion and payment.

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with homeowners throughout their project


• Schedule jobs and coordinate timelines with crews


• Finalize job packets and ensure all details are accurate


• Manage handoffs from sales to production


• Order paint and materials


• Track daily job progress and provide updates


• Perform job costing and track project performance


• Prepare invoices and collect payments


• Maintain accurate records in company systems
