Office Manager

About your role:

As our Office Manager, you will serve a vital role as the first impression for our agency and ensure our office runs in an efficient and professional manner.  You will coordinate communication within each office, scheduling appointments, relaying information to callers, and otherwise assisting staff with clerical work and minor administrative detail.

What we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred; Extensive office management experience may be considered equivalent to education.
  • 3 year or more experience with administrative/clerical duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized, customer service oriented, and self-motivated
