Our client is a family-oriented boutique commercial real estate law firm located in the heart of Highland Park who is looking for an Office Manager!

The Role:
Handle light reception duties, manage their filing system and work within various systems throughout the day for time keeping, billing and document management
Partner with the external accounting firm on accounting tasks, writing/sending checks, generating weekly reports with their billing system
Handles bi-weekly payroll and works with insurance broker when needed
Orders office supplies, handles mail and makes sure office is organized
You:
Proven administrative/office management background within professional services (ideally real estate or a law firm)
Experience working within Centerbase, Quickbooks, and Net Documents preferred but not required
Proven track record of learning new systems with the ability to catch on to new systems quickly and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
