FBR is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as an
Office Manager
for our Brentwood and Uniontown offices, while supporting the Washington office remotely.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Responsible for providing direct oversight of office location operations
Ensure assigned office location(s) are functioning effectively
Work collaboratively with the Clinical Supervisor
Responsible for managing expenses, employee productivity, coordinating payroll, onboarding, and the management of the timely and effective staffing of all programs and service lines
POSITION DETAILS:
This will be a full-time position (40 hours a week) supporting Brentwood and Uniontown offices. Will need to travel to the Uniontown office at least 2x a week. Will also support the Washington office remotely. $21/hour.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in
one
of the following:
Psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, public administration, business administration, or another related field
PREFERRED
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year experience supporting a similarly sized office and/or at least 1 year of experience in a customer service position
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Language, mathematical, and reasoning ability skills
Up to 25% of travel between locations - as the need requires
Basic understanding of data entry and formatting in Microsoft Office
Ability to work as team member
Organizational skills
Communication skills
