RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that Subcontracts, invoices, reports, and all the other project-required documents are being uploaded and maintained
Review and process invoices for payment
Support the day-to-day operations within the office/region
Help plan and coordinate projects and events
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries, managing conference room schedules, distributing mail, and assisting with daily needs for the office
Manage all office supplies and equipment
Coordinate schedules, lunches, and meetings
Submit permits for city/county
Process expenses using corporate expense management tool
Work with team members to support business development activities including identifying and researching upcoming project opportunities and tracking potential leads
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 1+ years of experience working in construction office as an office assistant or office manager
Must know how to work with a CRM
