Office Manager

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for an Office Manager to help our fast growing business in the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas.

Opportunity for personal growth and advancement.

25-30 Hours a week.

No nights or weekends!

Blend of strong customer service skills and strong administrative background required.

Sales commissions available !

Duties include:

Answer phones

Process invoices, schedule work with operations manager

Manage customer interactions

Appointment confirmations

Manage marketing efforts

Data Base management, CRM and Microsoft office experience required.

Compensation: 15.00

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
