Job Description - Office Manager

Our client, located in the Bryant Park area of NYC is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as the Office Manager. This growing Accounting Firm needs someone with exceptional people skills coupled with the ability to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Position: Office Manager
Salary: $55-60,000 depending on experience (overtime pay during tax season!)
Company: CPA Firm
Location: New York, NY (in-person role required)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (on-site), summer hours May through August are M-Th. 9-5:30pm and Friday 9-3pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones, warmly greeting clients and employees upon arrival
Handle scanning and filing, ensuring a meticulous organization of crucial documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings with finesse
Facilitate bank deposits to keep the financial gears turning smoothly
Maintain public areas to reflect the professionalism of the firm
Support company culture by participating in training programs and implementing procedures
Assist in the hiring and onboarding process, contributing to the growth of the firm
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required)
1-3+ years of experience as a friendly and well-spoken office management professional
Positive attitude with a knack for organization
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
Thrives in a smaller work environment
