Sir Speedy – Denver, CO


Sir Speedy Denver is a fast-paced print, signage, and marketing services company serving businesses throughout the Denver metro area. We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our clients.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, interacting with customers, and supporting a busy team. The position begins with administrative and office coordination responsibilities and will grow into assisting with order intake, client communication, and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities


Office Operations




  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and lobby area




  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate administrative records




  • Assist with billing tasks and invoicing support




  • Support collections efforts by following up on outstanding invoices




  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed




  • Assist with general office administration and scheduling




Customer Service




  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner




  • Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members




  • Provide basic information about products and services




  • Ensure customers receive timely responses and excellent service




Sales & Production Support (Training Provided)


As you become familiar with our systems and processes, responsibilities may expand to include:




  • Assisting with order intake and job write-ups




  • Supporting customer service representatives with client communication




  • Helping manage job information within our order management system




  • Coordinating basic project details between customers and the production team




Qualifications




  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities




  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems




  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment




  • Professional attitude and dependable work ethic




Preferred (but not required)




  • Previous administrative or office management experience




  • Experience in printing, signage, marketing, or a production environment




  • Experience with billing or accounts receivable
