We’re Hiring! Office Manager for Multi-Location Offices

Are you an organized, people-focused leader ready to make a positive impact every day? Meyer & Dana Orthodontics is looking for an Office Manager to help us create beautiful smiles and an exceptional patient experience for multi-location office!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support dynamic orthodontic teams

Coordinate daily operations to keep our practice running smoothly

Deliver outstanding service to our patients and families

Work closely with our doctors and executive team

Bring positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset every day

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in office management (dental or medical a plus)

Degree preferred (business, healthcare administration, or related fields)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A team player who genuinely cares about people
