Family owned an operated for 50+ years, we are a manufacturing company located in the beautiful Fox Lake, IL 60020 area and looking to hire an Office Coordinator to join our team! 
This role will focus on key areas of administrative support, accounting backup and office operations & workflows.

Your daily responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide support to leadership and the front-office by ordering office supplies, and scheduling meetings

  • Assist the Receptionist with phones and provide back-up support to them as needed

  • Maintain certificates of insurance and other operational compliance needs

  • Field questions from customers, vendors, internal and external personnel maintaining excellent communication skills

  • Operate document scanning and imaging systems to capture contract information and other important data

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems 

  • Provide back-up to the Accounting Specialists 

  • Enter and process accounts payable invoices

  • Code invoices to proper general ledgers and tracking accurate expenses and budgets 

  • Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure timely payment of vendor bills 

  • Maintain various reports through Excel and ERP system 


Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years' in Office Administration or similar

  • Must have 1+ years' in accounting and have an understanding of accounts payable processes 

  • You should be a very organized and efficient person, who enjoys workflow processes, documentation and multi-tasking 

  • We are looking for someone professional, driven, and who works well with others

  • Should be comfortable in a manufacturing or construction environment 


This is an in-office position, you should be comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday with hours from 7:00-4:00, or 8:00-5:00 with some flexibility for those who need it.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
