Office Manager
Manufacturing company in Apex is looking for an office manager to handle all day to day office operations. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising administrative staff and allocating responsibilities
- Coordinating and overseeing administrative duties, procedures, and systems
- Helping organize office operations and procedures
- Providing quotes to customers
- Processing purchase orders
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Assisting the president with various tasks
- Assisting with the shipping department as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an office management or similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work in office
