Job Description - Office Manager/Receptionist

Job Title: Office Manager/Receptionist

Location: East Syracuse, NY (On-Site)

Pay: $20/hour

Reports To: SVP of People

Company: Ironhorn Enterprises


Position Summary:

The Office Manager/Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors

and maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations. This individual will serve as the first point of

contact for the company and will support the broader team through various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately upon arrival
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
  • Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and other operational needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
  • Support other departments as needed with special projects or tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude

Schedule:


This is a full-time, on-site position based in our East Syracuse office. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
