Office Position

                  Insurance Agent Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and service personal and/or commercial insurance policies


• Respond to inbound leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach


• Educate clients on policy options and coverage recommendations


• Provide quotes, bind policies, and process endorsements


• Maintain accurate records using our agency management system


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license a plus)


• 1+ years of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients


• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills


• Proficiency with insurance quoting systems and CRM tools is a plus

Day hours M-F
