Job Description - Office Production Assistant

Are you organized, people-friendly, and ready to grow your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment? Luxury Bath NJPA is a leading name in bathroom remodeling, we are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our fun and friendly office in Hamilton, New Jersey. This role is fully in-person.

The Right Candidate Will Be:

Friendly and welcoming
Attentive and customer-focused
Organized and detail-oriented
Willing to learn and open to training

Responsibilities Will Include:

Answer and manage customer service calls
Schedule installations and maintain calendars
Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
Greet interviews and customers at the front desk
Support the team with other duties as needed
