Job Description - Office Receptionist


Money Group is seeking an Office Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for employees, visitors, and vendors. This role is essential in maintaining a professional office environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions at the front desk.

The Office Receptionist operates with a focus on execution, coordination, and service delivery within established processes and under general supervision. This role manages front desk activities, supports office logistics, and ensures consistent follow-through while escalating issues when needed.
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage daily operations, including answering calls, greeting guests, and handling inquiries.
  • Coordinate visitor access, badges, and meeting room scheduling.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support office supply management, including tracking inventory and restocking as needed.
  • Assist with meeting room setup and basic office logistics.
  • Provide support for internal events, including preparation and day-of coordination.
  • Maintain shared calendars, logs, and documentation.
  • Follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately; does not independently approve expenses or vendor agreements.
  • Support general administrative and office needs to ensure a positive workplace experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Office Systems Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, hospitality, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Suite), including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and shared drives.
  • Experience managing calendars, checklists, shared documents, and basic spreadsheets within Google Workspace.
  • English proficiency, written and verbal.
