The Office Receptionist at Connexa Worx will manage the front office, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees, while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Salary Range : $850 - $1150 weekly
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
