We are on the lookout for a customer-oriented and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate thrives on helping others and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients. 

This role is perfect for driven individuals eager to make a significant impact within the community. In this position, you will play an instrumental role in guiding our clients through their insurance needs while providing personalized advice and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with current policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.

  • Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls - addressing questions and offering solutions.

  • Policy Customization: Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.

  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.

  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

  • Sales-oriented mindset, driven and ambitious personality.

  • Passionate about customer service and building lasting relationships.

  • Ability to maintain a daily commitment to success.

  • Prior experience within an Allstate agency is highly preferred, but not required.

  • Must currently hold a valid Property/Casualty license.




Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
