Our company is seeking an Office Representative comfortable with both sales and customer service for our Independent Insurance Agency. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. We are an organization that rewards loyalty, dedication, consistency and commitment.

Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Maintain and update agency files.

Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

People-oriented

Detail oriented

Proactive in problem-solving

Able to learn computer functions

Ability to work in a team environment

Property/Casualty license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred)

Must have prior sales experience, insurance experience preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
