Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Office Representative to join our insurance agency team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent service and building strong relationships. While your main responsibilities will focus on customer service, there will also be some sales-related duties to support agency growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, processing policy changes, and handling billing inquiries

Assist clients with claims and coverage-related matters

Support new business efforts through cross-selling and upselling when appropriate

Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:

Active insurance license (Property/Casualty, Life/Health)

Previous experience in an insurance agency or similar customer-facing role

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable with sales conversations and client retention strategies

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
