This position is located at South Centers in Piketon, OH.
The Office Service Coordinator 2 at South Centers provides administrative support for Endeavor Center guest experiences, event coordination, Extension engagement, and operations fiscal transactions.
This includes reception (directing on-site visitors, operating multi-line phone system), providing meeting support (organizing meeting rooms) and partner tenant support (facilitating office support). Center communications and reporting, and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains electronic and paper Endeavor Center filing systems.
Event coordination support for on-site, off-site, and on-line events, including calendaring, catering, registration/attendance, speaker coordination, equipment and supply access, event marketing and communications, event reporting, and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains electronic and paper event filing systems.
Extension engagement support, including client communications, record-keeping, and reporting for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and other programs; as well as collaborator and partner support for activities related to the Educational Design Lab, Buckeye Community Hub, and other emerging projects. Maintains electronic and paper client and program filing systems.
Operational support, such as providing back-up for the main fiscal office associate for client billing, accepting payments, purchasing, fiscal reporting, reconciliation, and Standard Operating Procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this job profile is $15.86 - $20.74 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
