Western National is seeking an Office Services Support to join our team!

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to provide clerical support to the Western National Insurance Group.

What are the responsibilities and opportunities of this role?

• Opens, sorts, and delivers daily mail to the appropriate person(s) or department(s).
• Scans documents into designated systems that are accessible to others.
• Assembles and folds paperwork, stuffs envelopes, and prepares mailings.
• Weighs, meters, and prepares outgoing mail and packages for pick up or drop off at the post office.
• Assists with other department administrative duties as assigned.
• Seeks relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources.
• Engages in contact with other internal departments and team members.
• Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
• Operates with close supervision on nonroutine issues and tasks.
• Adheres to established procedures with little to no discretion.

• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.
• Good communication skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to follow processes.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages.

Compensation overview

The full hiring range for this role is $18.53 - $22.24 hourly. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.
