Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience (Training starts at $12/hour)

About Us: Callahan's Appliance is a leading provider of appliances and lighting, dedicated to excellent customer service and a commitment to our community. We are seeking a competent, computer-savvy, and multitasking office staff member to join our Fort Worth location.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations of the office

Managing correspondence, emails, texts, and phone calls

Handling customer inquiries and complaints

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors

Answering phones and deescalating problem customers

Helping to maintain inventory

Receiving and sending shipments of appliances and parts

Selling appliances, parts, and lighting (training provided)

Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions

Keeping detailed notes on all customer interactions

Additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proficient with computers and office software

Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills

Excellent follow-through and attention to detail

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to handle and deescalate difficult situations with customers
