Office Supervisor - Dynamic Team

Seeking resumes for experienced supervisor and must be reflective on resume of working leader experience. The candidate will be Managing daily operations duties, Managing the equipment rental devices along with marketing efforts. Completing monthly management billing and reports. This roles requires some lifting, walking and standing. If over 50 lbs., is assistance available from another team member? Must be able to lift 50lbs on own.

The Ideal candidate will have high level communication skills, management experience, and advanced computer skills.

Dress code is Business casual dress code, comfortable walking shoes (Tennis shoes are allowed, black preferably).

Roles & Responsibilities

Leads day-to-day operations of specified up to 2-person site, service or shift. Develops, implements and reviews related procedures. Invoices accounts and interacts with customers and various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment. Responsible for assisting in the daily management of assigned facility by reporting and escalating facility related issues; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met. The Site Leader is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance for sites with no Site Manager assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field.

Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.

Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.

Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees.

Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery.

Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
