Job Description - OFFICE SUPP SPEC

Support Staff perform a variety of duties, including registration, answering incoming calls, scheduling, billing, scanning, processing releases, and auditing. Preferred experience: Demonstrated ability in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite Other experience requirements: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer Service Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience Demonstrated ability in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service Experience with EMR and medical office processes preferred Excellent critical and creative thinking abilities and communication skills
