Office and Design Supervisor - Print Center

 

AlphaGraphics Framingham, a full-service printing and marketing organization, which has serviced the MetroWest Boston area for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Print Center Office Manager. The successful individual must have a print background, strong interpersonal skills and be customer oriented.

 Key duties include:
 - Supervising customer service, design and customer relations functions
 - Participating in customer communications, order entry, file transfer and pricing
 - Working with customers to execute their graphic design requirements and/or file modifications
 - Working closely with production functions to ensure smooth order processing
 - Ordering materials from vendors as needed
 - Supporting production functions as required
 
 Key skills
 - Knowledge of Abobe products and InDesign in particular 

- Print and design background
 - Supervisory skills including implementing company processes
 - Customer focused 

- Able to learn operational software
 - Strong interpersonal skills
 - Energetic with a get it done attitude
 - Team player
 - Willing to pitch in where ever needed
 
 
This is a full-time position with hours of 8:00 to 4:30 (no weekends).   It offers a competitive salary, great work environment and benefits including paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and profit sharing.
