Officer / Executive - Payout Partnerships

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding & Compliance Support

• Assist in the onboarding of new payout partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
• Support the KYB (Know Your Business) approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Conduct contract reviews, ensuring that partnership agreements align with ACE’s business and operational goals.
• Assist in the API integration process, coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payout partners.

Strategic & Business Analysis

• Conduct Comparative Analysis to assess competitor trends and industry benchmarks.
• Perform Product Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in ACE’s payout network.
• Assist in preparing Business Feasibility Reports to propose:
  • New Payout Corridors based on market demand and business expansion needs.
  • New Products within existing payout arrangements to enhance service offerings.
  • New Payout Partners to strengthen ACE’s remittance network.
• Support Corridor Health Checks, monitoring payout partner performance and transaction trends.

Partner Communication & Management

• Handle routine communication with payout partners to address any service-related issues or feedback.
• Act as a liaison between ACE’s internal departments (Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Product) and external payout partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve any ongoing concerns.
• Assist in cost re-negotiations with existing payout partners to improve commercial terms.

Operational Support & Reporting

• Perform various searches and data analysis to support payout strategy and decision-making.
• Prepare analytical reports on partner performance, corridor efficiency, and industry trends.
• Assist in corridor performance reviews to ensure payout arrangements align with business goals.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports on payout partner performance and service quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of remittance, financial partnerships, and payout networks.
• Experience in partner onboarding, KYB, contract reviews, and operational support.
• Excellent communication skills for handling partner relationships and internal coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to support feasibility studies and payout corridor evaluations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of payout corridors, remittance compliance, and market trends is a plus.
