Role: We are looking for an experienced Offset Print Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining envelope offset printing machines while ensuring quality output based on client specifications. You will manage print jobs from setup to completion, adjusting ink and water levels, and maintaining density and color consistency throughout the run.

Hours: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate offset printing equipment for envelope production (2- and 4-color machines).
• Follow order planning and client specs to ensure accuracy.
• Adjust water/ink levels and maintain proper pH balance for clean, consistent printing.
• Prepare colors by recipe and ensure color and shade accuracy.
• Perform plate making, treatment, and setup (including ink rollers and Dahlgren units).
• Complete job documentation upon order completion.
• Inspect plates and prints for defects in image resolution and font clarity.
• Work independently and take initiative in troubleshooting and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of full-color offset printing experience (envelope-specific).
• Hands-on jet press experience required.
• Proficient in plate making and CTP systems.
• Skilled with Adobe software (used in conjunction with printing systems).
• Excellent color recognition and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
