In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering meals from our restaurant to the additional distribution point (ADP) site at the hospital, ensuring our guests receive the same care and quality outside the four walls of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport food from the restaurant to the ADP hospital site.
• Load, transport, and unload catering orders, including two large catering bags per delivery.
• Use your own vehicle for deliveries (a hatchback, SUV, or larger vehicle is recommended; sedans may not fit catering bags).
• At times, operate the Chick-fil-A catering vehicle when available (not guaranteed).
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation are maintained during transport.
• Communicate professionally with hospital staff and Chick-fil-A leadership.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and delivery procedures.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled delivery windows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle with sufficient space for catering bags.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
