As a contract Pharmacy Tech with Soliant Health, you play a vital role in this pharmacy Contact Center. On this interim full-time contract assignment, your responsibilities include interpreting and entering basic prescriptions, managing prior authorization requests, and resolving adjudication issues. Your Impact:
- Verify member information and input data for pharmacists.
- Educate members on pharmacy-related rules, prescription guidelines, and medication assistance programs.
- Process prior authorization requests and ensure pliance with Medicare requirements.
- Handle grievances, appeals, and inquiries from physicians, the sales team, and members regarding formulary and prescription benefits.
- Generate various reports, including rebates, physician utilization, and more.
- Maintain records of prior authorizations, rebates, and monthly reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, or an equivalent bination of education and experience.
- Current State Pharmacy Tech Certification or National Certification, depending on the state's requirements.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal munication skills, problem-solving abilities, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Shift: First Shift 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18-19/hr
