Salary: $68,000-$80,000 with benefits
Job description
ONSITE POSITION; REQUIRED TO BE ONSITE 5 DAYS/WEEK; WILL TRAVEL TO VARIOUS SCHOOLS/COLLEGES IN THE AREA
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required (cannot be 'in process').
- Prior health care experience is required.
- At least three years of workforce development experience required.
- Prior experience at a management level, however, while strongly preferred is not required.
- This position will function as the school/college liaison, building relationships with schools that will involve educating students on healthcare careers, assisting with curriculum development for technical programs, coordinating/attending job/career/school fairs, etc.
- This manager's goal will be to promote the choice of healthcare careers within the younger local workforce.
- Candidate must have experience with public speaking and excel with such.
- Position reports to HR Director.
- Candidates requiring relocation will not be a priority.
- Our focus is to secure a candidate already familiar with southeastern Ohio and its various educational institutions.
