Oil Bay Technician

Benny's is looking for a highly motivated, energetic candidate to join our Service Technician Team! We are hiring immediately for the Oil Bay Technician position. This group is made up of Service Advisors and Express Lube Technicians that greet our customers, perform services on their vehicles and promote the Benny's vision of being the 'best service organization in the Baton Rouge area.' No experience necessary! We will teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities for Service Advisors and Express Lube Technicians:

• Provide excellent customer service


• Learn and deliver all services, including express oil changes, transmission services, power steering, radiator services, differential, etc.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility


• Respond to customer questions and requests Oil Bay Technician Qualifications:


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Excellent customer service skills


• Professionalism in all aspects


• Able to work in a team environment


• Able to learn a POS system and use a tablet computer


• The ability to read, write, and speak
