Oil Filtration/Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Technician

Overnight Filtration Specialist | $18/hr + Benefits

Location: West Covina, CA Area | Schedule: Full-Time Overnight

The Role:

As an Overnight Filtration Specialist, you will service commercial kitchens (restaurants, hotels, etc.) by providing our proprietary on-site fryer management service. You will primarily be responsible for:

• Oil Filtration: Operating our Mobile Filtration Unit to micro-filter and extend the life of cooking oil.
• Fryer Cleaning: Thoroughly and safely cleaning deep fryers.
• Oil Management: Safe handling and disposal of used cooking oil.
• Safety: Strict adherence to all kitchen and equipment safety protocols.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Valid Driver's License (clean record for 3+ years).
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Must pass a background check.
