Job Description - Oil Reclamation Manager

Operates and maintains oil recovery systems and equipment, including centrifuges, oil-water separators, and pumps.

Ensures recovered materials meet quality standards and are stored, transferred, or disposed of appropriately.

Supports waste stream identification, segregation, and oil reclamation techniques in line with company and regulatory standards.

Assists with transfer and processing of oil-bearing materials including tank cleanouts, container pumping, and pit skimming.

Completes daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks; reports issues to maintenance or supervisors.

Maintains accurate documentation of recovered volumes, waste streams, and processing data.

Follows strict safety protocols and environmental regulations during all activities.

Works collaboratively with operations and maintenance personnel to optimize recovery efficiency and minimize downtime.

Cleans and maintains work areas, tanks, and related equipment to ensure facility readiness and compliance.

Provides feedback to supervisors regarding process improvements and safety observations.

Conduct all oil sales for MES facilities and communicate sales records to corporate.

Conduct trainings to designated personnel in oil recovery techniques.
