• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


• Monitor social media channels for customer comments, messages, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.


• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.\


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.


• Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics.


• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
