RV Service Technician

Location: Gardner, KS

Pay: Hourly/Flag: $20-$27

Hours: M-F 8-5 with rotating Saturdays: 8-3

Position Overview:

The RV Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and optimal performance. This role involves working with a variety of systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is driven to be the best, takes direction as needed, and brings a positive, friendly attitude along with a customer-first mentality. Broad knowledge of RV technologies is a plus but not required. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can collaborate effectively with team members. Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities are also essential to succeed in this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Complete repair orders efficiently while following dealership policies and safety standards


• Diagnose and test RV systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment


• Repair and maintain RV coach and chassis systems to manufacture specifications


• Communicate findings and repairs needed clearly with the Service Advisors


• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs


• Preform warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacture requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Service Technician or total home repair experience a plus but not required


• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications


• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment


• General Maintenance experience in Residential or Commercial property preferred
