About the Role:
The Fit & Wear Test Analyst is responsible for evaluating the comfort, fit, performance, and durability of OluKai footwear throughout the product creation process. This role partners closely with Development, Design, PLM teams to run structured fit sessions, coordinate wear tests, capture actionable insights, and ensure all products meet OluKai’s standards for comfort, craft, and quality.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, consumer-obsessed, and passionate about understanding how product performs in real-world conditions. You will help guide product decisions through data-driven testing, clear documentation, and thoughtful recommendations.

Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $85,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
