Omhc Compliance Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Licensed mental health professional (LGPC, LMSW, LCSW or LCPC)


2. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

     1. Ensure documentation is submitted according to the Agency/CARF/COMAR guidelines regarding quality and time frames

     2. Ensure billing information is submitted in a timely and accurate manner

     3. Ensure clients are seen according to Individual Treatment Plan frequency

     4. Ensure staff are meeting agency productivity requirements

     5. Ensure family sessions are provided in accordance with agency policy

     6. Ensure timely completion of Individual Treatment Plans

     7. Ensure timely submission of reassessments

     8. Ensure referral review of clinician caseloads is completed and documented in clients' records

     9. Monitor Key Performance Indicators

    10. Participate in Quality Assurance reviews

     11. Track disciplinary actions for clinicians and supervisors

     12. Work in conjunction with the Administrative Manager

     13. Participate in Employee and Contractor meetings

     14. Other duties as assigned
