On Call Caregiver 

Must live in North Side Chicago 

Must be able to cover a shift last minute 

Looking for an on-call caregiver to service the north side Chicago. Must live in close proximity to the office (office zip code 60640) 

Caregiver needs to have experience :

• Personal care duties 


• Transfers using hoyer lift / gait belts


• Companionship 


• Dementia experience (not mandatory but a plus)


• Parkinson's experience (not mandatory but a plus)


• Reliable transportation
